ABSOLUTELY! The mindset, skills, and strategies I teach within Tech 101 with Matt are so helpful because they help bring results, no matter what stage of the game you're at.

So, even if you're new to this, or find yourself terrified or frustrated every time you load up your computer, Tech 101 with Matt is the perfect place for you to find yourself reaching new places in your musician life you never thought possible! At the beginning of every week, we start from point zero to lay the correct foundation for the necessary topic at work. This means it will be accessible from the start and you can follow along to lead yourself to success.

Many of the people I have helped with technology thought they could not be worse with technology, but really they just did not have the right atmosphere to grow, or the right mindset, skills, and strategies. Now, they're accomplishing things in ways that look professional, save them time, and save them a LOT of money.

YES! Even if you're already able to edit your video and your audio and you're able to create content that fits your needs, technology in music is a three-legged stool... without the practicality and the mindset, you still have heights that you can push to that you don't even know yet.

With the deep dive Friday sessions, we dive into the things that can really set apart your product from the rest... I'm talking the stuff that not only saves you time, but makes it look good...

Finally, with Weekend Wrap-Ups, and in the Facebook Group, you can ask your advanced questions on the things you want to do... because this is a diverse group, other advanced course members will be happy to help you out, and of course, I'll be there to answer questions too!  

The only requirement to take this course is to have a laptop or PC and a way for us to see and hear you! Windows or Mac? That's entirely your decision and whatever works for you! All software that we use within this course works for both! That's it!

Great question! I'll answer the second question first! For Music Notation and Audio and Video editing, all the software we will be using is FREE! That's my promise to you, because the last thing I want is for you to spend more money on software after investing in this program. As for your first question, we will be using MuseScore for Music Notation, Audacity for Audio Editing, and DaVinci Resolve for Video Editing! These are all leading, amazing programs in their respective categories and they will allow us to do everything we need and more!

It won't be easy, I can tell you that! Though there are tutorials and forums online, oftentimes, these don't give you what you need or break things down in a way that will actually help you to get what you need. You can find yourself spending a lot of unnecessary time, while I train the members of my course to do all they want... and to do it FAST. Also, the main point of this course is to frame how to do all of this to maximize your life as a musician! You won't find anything like this anywhere else! Finally, you won't have access to the wonderful community dedicated to helping you with your unique situation!

No problem! All sessions will be recorded and put on the course for everyone to view later! We're all busy people, and sometimes the time just won't work, but no worries!

In addition to the live sessions, you will find prerecorded videos available to view on certain weeks, and a lot of the power can come from asking questions and getting them answered in the community! 

Of course! When you enroll in Tech 101 with Matt, you will have access to the materials... Forever!

For each week, there will be 90 minute live group sessions on Monday and Friday, as well as two separate two hour study hall sessions on Wednesdays! For these study halls, you can come and go as you please, and show up to as much or as little as you want!

Outside of live sessions, I just recommend you take the time to go through the things I show you in the live sessions! This way, you can really encode what I'm teaching! But of course, however much time you take is up to YOU. I will say this though... With my "Tech"nical method, you will find yourself accomplishing more in less time than you thought possible!
